Flooding in Azerbaijan Causes Destruction
Heavy rainfall in Baku has prompted the urban infrastructure to enter an intensified operational mode. There have been reports of flooding in several cities, and it has been noted that the rains, along with strong winds, have also caused damage to the environment.
"From the evening of April 5th to the morning of April 6th, numerous trees were uprooted due to the wind, and evacuation efforts are currently underway," the statement reads.
Additionally, several bridges have collapsed due to the flooding in Azerbaijan.
