Resolution of Armenia-Azerbaijan Relations is Crucial, Says Nino Burjanadze
The resolution of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan is of significant importance not only for the two countries but also for Georgia and the entire region. This was stated by Nino Burjanadze, a former Georgian politician and speaker of the parliament from 2001 to 2008, during a conversation with journalists.
She noted that currently, the relationship between Baku and Yerevan is at a different level compared to the previous period. Burjanadze emphasized the importance of the continuity of this process, as well as the maintenance of a peaceful and stable environment.
She pointed out that such developments could bring significant benefits to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and the South Caucasus as a whole.
According to Burjanadze, it is necessary to find solutions in the international environment as quickly as possible that will contribute to the end of conflicts and the preservation of peace.
