Minimum Pension in Armenia Will Amount to 55,200 Drams: Chakhoyan
Starting from April 1, pensions in Armenia will increase. Relatively lower pensions will rise by 10,000 drams, while comparatively higher pensions will increase by a lesser amount. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Taron Chakhoyan, on his Facebook page.
"Thus, starting April 1, the minimum pension in Armenia will amount to 36,000 drams + 10,000 drams + 9,200 drams (with a 20% cash-back payment) = 55,200 drams," Chakhoyan wrote.
