Trump Discusses Possible Strikes Against Iran: The New York Times
According to The New York Times, Trump is considering targeting strikes against Iran in the coming days, followed by a broader assault.
Sources indicate that the U.S. president has told his advisors that if the negotiations held Thursday in Geneva or an initial limited strike do not lead to Iran abandoning its nuclear program, he will discuss a more extensive operation aimed at removing the Iranian leadership in the coming months.
However, it is noted that no final decision has been made regarding military operations.
According to the newspaper, among the targets currently under discussion are the headquarters of the IRGC, Iran's nuclear facilities, and its ballistic missile program.
