Lavrov: We Have Not Changed Our Demands on Russian-Ukrainian Settlement
Russia has never changed its position on the Ukrainian settlement, unlike other participants in this political process, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
“President Putin has stated that we are interested in a diplomatic settlement. We have never changed our demands, unlike many other participants in this political process. They have repeatedly changed their targets,” he said in an interview with RT.
