Iranian Officials Denied Right to Live in the U.S.: Mike Waltz
The United States is revoking the right to live in the United States for senior Iranian officials and their family members. This was announced by the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Mike Waltz.
“Families of senior Iranian officials live in luxury in the U.S., while their people are subjected to mass killings. But that is now over,” Waltz wrote on the social media platform X.
The announcement comes amid heightened U.S. pressure on Iran and the strengthening of sanctions against representatives of the Iranian authorities. He asserted that U.S. officials are continuing to review their policy regarding various aspects related to Tehran.
