Russian Embassy in Armenia Addresses Solovyov's Statements
The Russian Embassy in Armenia has confirmed the summons of Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopirkin to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and stated that they will relay the Armenian side's concerns regarding the statements made by Vladimir Solovyov during his live broadcast.
The Russian diplomatic mission in Yerevan informed TASS that the ambassador was indeed summoned to the Ministry, where a note of protest was submitted concerning the statements made by the Russian broadcaster Solovyov.
"Yes, indeed, we confirm. The ambassador has been summoned to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A note of protest has been presented to him. The Armenian side’s concerns about Solovyov’s statements will be conveyed to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs," the Russian embassy reported to the agency.
