Open Questions Remain on the Resolution of the Ukrainian Issue, Meloni Says
Negotiations for the resolution of the Ukrainian issue have made progress, but open questions remain. This was stated by Italy's Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni following a phone call with other European leaders, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Volodymyr Zelensky.
"President Trump and Zelensky outlined the results achieved in the ongoing negotiations, particularly regarding security guarantees, and emphasized the remaining questions. I reaffirm the importance of unity at a time when progress has been made in the negotiation process," the Italian Prime Minister's statement read.
