Georgia Conducts Clear, Pragmatic Policy Towards Russia: Kobakhidze
Georgia conducts a clear and pragmatic policy towards Russia based on its own interests. This was stated by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
In an interview with Rustavi 2, he noted that Tbilisi is building its relations with Moscow despite the absence of diplomatic relations and ongoing territorial conflicts.
Kobakhidze emphasized that with his pragmatic approach, the Georgian side takes into account the "red lines related to the issue of occupation." The Georgian Prime Minister underscored that restoring diplomatic relations between the countries is impossible until the status of Abkhazia and South Ossetia changes.
