The US May Exit NATO and Join Russia: Financial Times

According to the Financial Times, the United States, considering its new National Security Strategy, could exit NATO and align itself with Russia.

The FT article discusses a dilemma presented by the US's new National Security Strategy: either the EU rejects policies unwelcome to the Trump administration, or the US reevaluates its support for NATO.

"If this line of thinking reaches its logical conclusion, it could lead to the US exiting NATO, distancing itself from current European governments, and permanently aligning with Russia," the paper stated.
