Discussions Continue: Foreign Ministry on Venue for '3+3' Platform Ministerial Meeting
As noted in the joint communiqué of the third meeting of the '3+3' regional cooperation platform, the location and date for the next ministerial meeting will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels. Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan informed "Lurer" about this.
“In general perception, this meeting should take place in Yerevan or Baku. Discussions will continue towards finding a mutually acceptable solution, and if an agreement is reached, we will inform you,” she stated.
Previously, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, during a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart, announced that official Baku has proposed to hold the next '3+3' regional format meeting in Azerbaijan, followed by one in Armenia. “Given the current situation, we see no grounds for why Yerevan would not accept this proposal,” said Jeyhun Bayramov.
