Criminal Case Filed Against Andriy Yermak
A criminal case has been initiated against former head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, as reported by the Internal Affairs Office of the Kharkiv Military-Civil Administration. The former head of Zelensky's office is suspected of complicity in planning, preparing, unleashing, and conducting an aggressive war using prohibited means and methods. These charges could result in life imprisonment.
It is worth noting that last Friday, following searches, Zelensky dismissed Andriy Yermak from his position. According to Ukrainian media, Yermak may be involved in large-scale embezzlement in Ukraine's energy sector.
Just a few hours after submitting his resignation request, Andriy Yermak announced his intention to go to the front line.
