A Manhunt has Been Declared for Grigori Khachaturov
On November 28, a manhunt has been declared for 48-year-old Grigori Khachaturov, a resident of Yerevan, by the criminal police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
This was reported by SHAMSHYAN.com. Khachaturov is being sought under Article 436, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code (which pertains to bribery by a group of individuals by prior agreement) and Article 549, Part 3 of the Criminal Code (which relates to abuse of power or authority resulting in serious harm to a person's health).
It is noteworthy that Grigori Khachaturov is the son of former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov.
