Yerevan and Baku Establish New Agreements
Today, in Azerbaijan's Gabala city, the 12th meeting of the commission on border demarcation and border security issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan was held, chaired by Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.
The parties underscored the agreements reached during the January 16 meeting regarding the comprehensive work on the demarcation of the state border, starting from the northern segment at the junction of the borders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, and proceeding southward from north to south until reaching the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with Iran.
At the conclusion of the discussions, both parties agreed to coordinate the date for the next meeting in a working order, which is expected to be organized in one of the cities of Armenia.
