Azerbaijan Not Prepared to Endanger Its Soldiers; Israel Declares Readiness to Act Independently
According to Israeli sources, the planned international mission for the disarmament of Hamas in Gaza is currently facing a complex situation, with no country agreeing to send forces to the region. Azerbaijan has turned down the latest offer, declaring that it does not intend to endanger its soldiers by getting involved in the operations in Gaza.
In light of these developments, Israel has stated that it is prepared to act independently. According to data from the Defense Army, the pause in operations in Gaza is being utilized by Hamas to replenish its arsenal and strengthen its combat positions. Tel Aviv emphasizes that the demilitarization of Gaza is unlikely to occur without external support.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has highlighted that if international forces are not formed, Israel will be forced to resolve the issue with its own resources. The United States has also noted that the restoration of Gaza is only possible after complete disarmament. Their assessment suggests that even under conditions of resistance from Hamas, Israel will be able to maintain control over the region's key strategic areas.
