I Have Been Called to Be Burned 17 Times, be Decapitated 7 Times, Dismembered 4 Times, and Hanged 6 Times: Zohrabyan

During the discussion at the National Assembly on May 11, member of the "Prosperous Armenia" faction, Naira Zohrabyan, revealed the alarming threats she has faced amid the structured targeting she experienced during the Yerevan City Council elections. "When I said that we are facing an important crossroads and that hatred is disintegrating society, I was countered with claims that perhaps I was just being disliked, thus the hatred directed against me. Indeed, we cannot categorize women; there is no such thing as an opposition woman or a government woman; a woman is a woman," Zohrabyan stated.

She added, "I have been called to be burned 17 times, to be decapitated 7 times, to be dismembered 4 times, and to be hanged 6 times. I am not talking about the fake industry hiding behind various names; I am speaking about real users, and the state did nothing to protect me. I am not broken; I cannot be broken. I forgive all those people, but I will never forget their names," the MP declared.
