Hungary is Ready to Pay Millions to Remove Migrants from the Country, Orbán

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has announced that Budapest is prepared to pay the daily fine of one million euros imposed by the European Union if it allows the country to avoid accepting illegal migrants. According to him, the government has no intention of changing its policy on migration issues.

Orbán stated on social media that the amount demanded by the EU is "affordable" if it means that the country can maintain its security. "It is better to pay than to live in fear," he emphasized, highlighting that the priority for the country is border control.

The Prime Minister also reached out to foreign tourists, inviting them to visit Hungary during the pre-holiday season to see Europe "as it should be, according to him."
