Erdogan's Response to the Downed Turkish Airplane in Georgia
The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has announced that search and rescue operations at the site of the plane crash are ongoing in collaboration with Azerbaijani and Georgian authorities.
The President confirmed that there are casualties as a result of the accident, although the exact number has yet to be clarified. According to Erdogan, authorities are taking all necessary measures to determine the circumstances of the incident and provide assistance to the victims.
Local authorities have urged residents to follow only official sources for updates.
It is worth noting that earlier reports confirmed the downing of a military transport aircraft in Georgia.
