In the Armavir region, drivers transporting open cargo will be subjected to administrative responsibility for violating environmental protection requirements. According to the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body, on October 30, a report was received regarding the transportation of bulk materials by a truck without an opaque cover on Vazgen I Street in the city of Ejmiadzin.
The driver, K.K., a resident of the village of Dzhrarat, will be fined administratively. According to the law, a fine of 50,000 drams is imposed on individuals for violations of atmospheric air protection rules during the transportation of bulk materials by vehicles, while legal entities face a fine of 150,000 drams. In cases of repeated violations, the fines are doubled to 100,000 and 300,000 drams, respectively.
