Vance on Argument with Zelensky at the White House
U.S. Vice President James David Vance has revealed that the argument with Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House began when he felt that Zelensky was being disrespectful. The politician stated this in an interview with The New York Post.
According to Vance, the dispute with Zelensky on February 28 was “probably the most famous thing he has ever done.” The U.S. Vice President also noted that foreign leaders visiting the White House should learn from the incident: “Try to respect the rules of the house you are in.”
Vance added that since then, Zelensky has begun to behave much more respectfully towards the American leadership, and that U.S.-Ukraine relations have become much more effective.
