The Measures Against Razmik Mkrtchyan Have Changed: Investigation Committee
The former head of Shengavit, Razmik Mkrtchyan, affiliated with the Civil Contract party, has had his pre-trial detention measures changed. This was reported by the Investigation Committee to Auroranews.
"The precautionary measures have been changed; administrative supervision and a ban on absence have been applied as precautionary measures," stated the Investigation Committee.
It is noteworthy that Mkrtchyan previously announced on his Facebook page that he has decided to leave the "Civil Contract" party. However, he did not specify the reason for this decision.
To recall, Mkrtchyan had been detained for two months starting June 14, with his detention measures later changed to house arrest. He was arrested for physically assaulting and restricting the freedom of Tigran Makaryan, the head of the Shengavit Territorial Administration Council.
