OSCE Chairperson on the Return of Artsakh Armenians
The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Elina Valtonen, did not respond to questions regarding the return of Artsakh Armenians and their international rights. At a press conference following her meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, she provided a different answer to the relevant inquiry.
“We had an in-depth discussion with the Minister, and the OSCE is ready to support and bolster peace and resilience in Armenia and the region. The specific emphasis of the OSCE will be in areas where Armenia can add value, including the economic component, as well as environmental and climate-related efforts,” Valtonen stated.
