Rapper P Diddy Sentenced to 4 Years and 2 Months in Prison
Sean Combs, better known as the controversial rapper P Diddy, has been sentenced to 50 months (4 years and 2 months) in prison and fined $500,000 for his involvement in the solicitation of prostitution.
The U.S. prosecution initially sought an 11-year sentence, but the judge deemed that duration excessive, according to The New York Times.
The musician himself labeled his behavior as disgusting, shameful, and unhealthy.
It is noteworthy that the legal saga began in 2023 when the rapper's former girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura, filed a civil lawsuit. She accused P Diddy of engaging women for the purpose of prostitution and trafficking individuals for sexual exploitation. This charge has not been confirmed.
