The Authorities are ‘Throwing Certain Individuals Under the Bus’: Abrahamyan

The saga surrounding the investigation commission's report on the circumstances of the 44-day war contains certain artificial elements. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the ‘I Have Honor’ faction, on his Facebook page.

“If the authorities were truly committed to preparing that report within the established deadlines, they would have taken timely steps. It is not excluded that the authorities are solving two problems in parallel: throwing certain individuals ‘under the bus’ and not properly presenting the report to the public. Ultimately, no matter how the authorities write the report based on their own perceptions and political expediency, it will not succeed in concealing their political accountability, because any statement, even if it comes from members of the ruling party, is rooted in the criminal inaction and decisions of the political leadership,” stated Abrahamyan.
