Socks Do Not Belong to Armenian Armed Forces, MoD Spokesperson
The Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan, announced on his social media page that relevant departments of the ministry have examined the publication titled "167 dram, unlimited quantity: 'Soldier' socks are freely sold on social media" along with the accompanying photo.
"The mentioned socks do not belong to the Armed Forces of Armenia; the Ministry of Defense has not acquired such socks, and the labels are fake. The necessary materials have been forwarded to the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia for investigation and to determine further actions," wrote the MoD spokesperson.
