Iran Recalls Its Ambassadors from Germany, France, and the United Kingdom
The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned its ambassadors from Germany, France, and the United Kingdom back to Tehran for consultations in response to actions taken by these countries to activate the "snapback" mechanism.
Previously, Russia and China attempted to postpone the resumption of international sanctions against Iran, but the initiative failed in the UN Security Council. Only four countries supported the proposed resolution.
