Yerevan Reduces Traffic Congestion at the Beginning of September, Says Mayor
This year's traffic congestion in the first few days of September has decreased by approximately 18% compared to the figures from September of the previous year. This was announced during a press conference by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.
"This is an important observation: bus routes have increased, the number of buses has grown, we have made changes to traffic patterns, and we've adjusted school hours to start 15 minutes earlier. These measures have resulted in reduced congestion in Yerevan at the beginning of September," said Avinyan.
