Turkey Discusses New Round of Talks Between Russia and Ukraine

Turkey is still uncertain whether a meeting between representatives of Russia and Ukraine will take place in Istanbul, reports RIA Novosti, citing a diplomatic source in Ankara.

"We still do not have concrete information on whether the process will continue," said the agency's source.

He emphasized that Moscow and Kyiv are deciding on the date and location of the meeting themselves. Earlier, Lavrov announced that the Russian and Ukrainian delegations had met and would meet in Istanbul.
