A New War with Israel or the US Could Start at Any Moment, Says Khamenei's Advisor

A new war with Israel or the US could start at any moment, said Rahim Safavi, a military advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader.

"We are not in a ceasefire; we are in a state of war," the advisor stated.

According to him, there are no agreements, regulations, or pacts between Iran, the US, and Israel.

"I believe there could be another war. And after that, it is possible that there will be no more wars," Safavi added.

It is noteworthy that on the night of June 13, 2025, Israel initiated an operation against Iran, accusing it of conducting a secret military nuclear program. Israel declared atomic sites, nuclear physicists, and air bases as targets for its strikes.

Subsequently, on June 22, the US Air Force targeted three nuclear sites in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, Iran. Former US President Donald Trump stated that Tehran must agree to "end this war," or face "much worse consequences." In response, Tehran initiated operations against Washington’s military bases stationed in Qatar.
