Nikol Pashinyan Presents Washington Negotiations Outcomes to Russian President
The Prime Minister of Armenia has presented the outcomes of the negotiations held on August 8 in Washington D.C. to the President of Russia. Key points discussed include the preliminary signing of the "Agreement on Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan," the joint application to the OSCE regarding the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group mechanisms, the unblocking of regional communications based on the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, jurisdiction, and reciprocity, as well as the "Trump Path for International Peace and Prosperity" initiative.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence that the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan opens new opportunities not only for Armenia and Azerbaijan but for all countries in the region. The interlocutors agreed to continue active communications and political dialogue.
