Air Temperature in Armenia to Gradually Decrease by 2-4 Degrees from August 9

In various regions of Armenia, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected today. According to the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, wind intensification is anticipated during thunderstorms, reaching speeds of 17-20 m/s.

From August 7 to 11, evening hours in Armavir, as well as in the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn, will experience wind intensification of 15-18 m/s. "The air temperature will gradually decrease by 2-4 degrees from August 9 to 11," the report stated.

In Yerevan, no rain is expected today. The temperature during the day will fluctuate between +38-40 degrees Celsius, while at night it will range from +24-26 degrees Celsius.
