Russia and Belarus Will Not Be Brought to Their Knees, Lukashenko Says at Meeting with Putin
Russia and Belarus will not be brought to their knees. This statement was made by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko during a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“Both Russia and Belarus have made a very serious turn today. I believe that time will pass, and the world will appreciate what we have done. At the beginning of the 2020s, this was simply unimaginable. But nonetheless, we did it. We live and will live. No one in our world will be able to bring us to our knees; we are determined to defend our interests,” said the Belarusian president.
