Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Responds to Iranian Ambassador in Armenia
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Aikhan Hajizadeh commented on the statements made by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Armenia, Mehdi Sobhani, regarding the final document of the economic cooperation summit in Khankendi (occupied Stepanakert). He stated, "In this context, the Iranian ambassador's claims about the alleged acceptance of Khankendi (occupied Stepanakert) communications and the existence of preconditions set by Iran do not reflect the reality. In diplomatic practice, preconditions are only applied to decisions made as a result of negotiations."
