France's Foreign Ministry: New Sanctions Package Against Russia to Take Effect Soon
France expects that the 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions will be agreed upon by the EU in the coming days. This was announced by the head of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot, during an interview with LCI television.
"In the coming days, the EU will establish the 18th package of anti-Russian sanctions, as negotiations are nearing completion," the minister stated. According to him, "Europe is coordinating its efforts on this issue with American senators."
