NATO Secretary General Did Not Call Trump 'Daddy'
The White House released a video of U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to the NATO summit in The Hague, accompanied by the song "Hey Daddy," captioned "Daddy is back."
It was reported that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg referred to Trump as "Daddy" during the summit. However, he later clarified that he was misunderstood.
In a statement to reporters, Stoltenberg said, "I did not call President Trump 'Daddy.' I simply said that some European countries are asking, ‘Hey Mark, will the U.S. stay with us?’ and I replied that it’s like a small child asking their father, ‘Hey Daddy, are you still going to stay with your family?’"
