Attack on Iran Considered Basis for Trump's Impeachment in the U.S.

The decision by U.S. President Donald Trump to strike Iran without congressional approval is a violation of the Constitution and grounds for impeachment, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez announced on social media.

"He impulsively risked starting a war that could trap us for generations," she emphasized.

Earlier, Trump stated that the U.S. had struck three Iranian nuclear facilities, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. "There is no other military in the world that could do this. Now is the time for peace," the state leader stressed.
