Man Strangles and Then Butchers Dog
On June 9, the community police department of Artashat received information that a resident of the village of Nshavan had killed his dog. As a result of the measures taken, it was determined that a 42-year-old man had strangled his dog of the Haski breed for eating his neighbor's chickens and then butchered it.
The documents prepared have been submitted to the investigative body.
