Alleged Ukrainian Kamikaze Drone Discovered in Istanbul

An alleged Ukrainian kamikaze drone has been discovered on the beach in the Şile district of Istanbul. This was reported by the Hürriyet newspaper.

According to the publication, citizens relaxing on the Black Sea beach of Uzunokum spotted an object resembling a UAV, causing panic and prompting them to call emergency services. Bomb disposal experts who arrived at the scene cordoned off a part of the beach.

"It is not yet clear where the object came from, but it resembles Ukrainian kamikaze drones and is presumably filled with explosives. The bomb squad will examine it," the newspaper reported.
