When You Put Small Bullies in Their Place, Big Bullies Appear: Lavrov
Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania remind us of the "little bullies" from childhood, who sometimes ask for 15 kopecks and sometimes steal your sandwich. This was stated by Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by Vedomosti.ru.
"When you come out to play in the yard after school, these three little bullies run towards you, asking for 15 kopecks or stealing your sandwich. When you start putting the little bullies in their place, the big bullies who lead them crop up. This is similar to the situation with the Baltic states and the European giants," Lavrov noted.
According to him, "when a person begins to set these bullies straight, the big bullies appear, who guide and incite the little ones against states or individuals."
