Anna Vardapetyan on Pashinyan's Behavior Yesterday
The Chief Prosecutor of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, refrained from commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's behavior yesterday.
In response to the question posed by Aragats Vardanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' parliamentary faction, Vardapetyan stated, 'The Chief Prosecutor does not make political statements or provide political assessments.'
Vardanyan reminded her, 'You are no longer the Prime Minister's assistant; you are the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia. I must say that the uniform suits you well, and I would urge you to step out of your previous role because there are also articles in the Criminal Code regarding the failure to fulfill or incomplete fulfillment of responsibilities.'
Anna Vardapetyan declared that she does not respond to political statements.
