Zelensky Rejects Putin's Proposal
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected Russian leader Vladimir Putin's proposal for a three-day ceasefire on May 9, according to the Ukrainian publication Strana.ua.
“Zelensky has rejected Putin's three-day ceasefire proposal for May 9 and insists on a 30-day ceasefire instead,” the publication states.
President Zelensky also noted that Ukraine cannot guarantee the security of world leaders arriving in Moscow for the May 9 parade.
