Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction, wrote on his Facebook page: 'Well, who will finally answer this simple question? Why do certain people, and specifically some opposition members, praise Russia all day long, yet have their children or grandchildren born in America? For example, why do they prefer hospitals in Glendale or Los Angeles over those in Perm or Barnaul? Mr. Robert Kocharyan, I am specifically asking you.'
