Trade Wars Intensify, Says Russian Prime Minister
Trade wars are intensifying globally, with rising protectionism and increased pressure from sanctions. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
“Many universal principles of international law are being seriously tested. The format of geopolitical confrontations has changed. Trade wars are escalating. Protectionism and the pressure from sanctions are on the rise. The economy of joint production is being replaced by the economy of joint consumption,” he said.
According to Mishustin, a large-scale race for technological leadership has begun.
