The Ball Is Not in Russia's Court: Lavrov
Russia remains open to negotiations regarding Ukraine, but the ball is not in Moscow's court. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“We are open to dialogue. But the ball is still not in our court. So far, Kyiv is not demonstrating the willingness to negotiate. Otherwise, how can one explain that the Ukrainian armed forces have been unable to uphold a 30-day moratorium on strikes against energy facilities or a 30-hour ceasefire for Easter?” Lavrov said.
