Footage has emerged on Telegram showing a man burning alive in a tent following an Israeli airstrike. AP reports that the strike on a journalists' tent near the Naser Hospital in Khan Younis caused a fire, resulting in the deaths of Yusuf al-Faqawi, a journalist from Palestine Today, and another man. Six journalists were injured in the incident.
Israeli military officials stated that the airstrike targeted Hamas militants but did not provide further details. They claimed that efforts were made to avoid civilian casualties and blamed Hamas for the deaths, stating that militants are deeply embedded within residential areas.
