Wind Intensification Expected: Weather in Armenia

On March 31 and from April 2 to 4, short-term rain is expected in various regions of the Republic of Armenia, with thunderstorms likely on the afternoon of March 31. April 1 is anticipated to be dry. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

The wind will blow from the southwest at a speed of 2-5 m/s. On March 31, wind intensification is expected in certain regions, reaching 17-22 m/s, while from April 2 to 4, winds will speed up to 15-20 m/s.

The air temperature will decrease by 4-5 degrees during the day on March 31 and will not change significantly afterward.

In Yerevan, short-term rain is also expected on March 31 and from April 2 to 4. On March 31, winds are expected to intensify at a rate of 17-20 m/s. April 1 will remain dry.

On the afternoon of March 31, the temperature in the capital will be between 19-21 degrees Celsius, while it is expected to drop to +10...+12 degrees in the evening.
