The Terms Agreed Upon by the US and Russia Are Revealed

The White House has released a statement following negotiations between Russia and the US in Saudi Arabia.

The statement specifies that the parties have agreed to ensure safe navigation and to exclude the use of force in the Black Sea.

Additionally, Moscow and Washington have agreed to develop measures for the implementation of an agreement that prohibits attacks on energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine.

The US will assist Russia in re-entering global agricultural and fertilizer export markets. To this end, the US will help expand Russia's access to ports and payment systems.

It is also noted that the countries have agreed to continue working towards achieving stable peace in Ukraine.
