Tehran's Symbol 'Azadi' Tower Illuminated in Colors of Armenia's Flag
As part of the pre-New Year celebrations in Iran, one of Tehran's landmarks, the 'Azadi' Tower, has been illuminated in the colors of various countries' flags, including that of the Republic of Armenia, reports the Armenian embassy in Iran.
The tower also displayed a Novruz greeting in Armenian, underscoring the universal significance of this ancient spring holiday and the centuries-old friendship between the Armenian and Iranian peoples.
