Finland Congratulates the Governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan
Finland, as the current chair of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), has extended its congratulations to the governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the successful conclusion of negotiations regarding a peace settlement text.
“This important milestone reflects the shared commitment to achieving future peace, stability, and cooperation in the South Caucasus. Although this achievement is a significant step forward, Finland acknowledges that there is work to be done to finalize and implement the peace agreement. As the OSCE chair, Finland is ready to support all efforts aimed at sustainable peace,” reads a statement from the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
