Destruction of Radio Communication Record Raises Doubts About Possible Intervention by Nikol Pashinyan, Lawyer Says
The actual destruction of the radio communication recording from the motorcade raises doubts about the possible intervention of Nikol Pashinyan in the case itself. This was stated by Raffi Aslanyan, the lawyer representing the interests of the family of Sona Mnatsakanyan, who was killed in a hit-and-run incident involving Pashinyan's motorcade, on his Facebook page.
In response to a question from Armenian Parliament member Kristine Vardanyan, Nikol Pashinyan raised a rhetorical question today, asking whether the victim's side has any doubts that he is intervening in the matter regarding Sona Mnatsakanyan’s case. Aslanyan stated bluntly, 'The victim's side is convinced that only as a result of direct or indirect intervention by the Prime Minister could it be possible that, three years after the incident, no one has been held criminally accountable, nor has anyone been dismissed from their position, despite a court order that led to a decision not to initiate criminal proceedings against the officials of the motorcade once again.'
Moreover, the actual destruction of the radio communication recording raises further doubts about Nikol Pashinyan's possible intervention in the case itself.
